After finishing the purchase of a home using Becky as our agent, I offered to write a reference for her as she did a fabulous job and frankly, is the first realtor I've seen really earn her wage. My wife and I were relocating from out-of-state and only had one 4-day house-hunting trip to make a purchase. We contacted Becky a month in advance. After conferencing with us, she searched for homes meeting our criteria and sent the listings to us via email. We flagged homes of interest, which she then previewed, taking photos, assessing the area, and even sketching the floorplans for us. When we arrived, she had 14 showings set up for the first day. She put in long days to meet our needs, wrote multiple offers for us, and added great value in both knowledge and negotiation with the parties. I am grateful to have had a "Becky experience" this time, rather than the regretful underperformance I've consistently had from others in the past. May your experience be as good.

Tara, Cami and I have been in our house a month now and we LOVE IT! I don't think we could have a better match if we had built the house ourselves. I am a single mother with 2 daughters ages 13 and 8. We were living in a mobile home and that was not working out for us very well at all. I had several returns to my email request for an agent to assist me finding our new home. Becky was the only one who sent a return with a list of homes and photos. Then I threw her a curve and told her that my mother was coming to live with me and I would need a 4 bedroom house with 2 baths for under $120K. I was pushing it. But in less than 30 minutes Becky sent me an email with a list of houses for us to look at. I then called Becky and told her I wanted to see the houses as soon as possible. Becky shocked me when she returned my call within an hour and advised that we would be able to view all the houses that afternoon. I was already very impressed with Becky and I had not even met her yet. When I finally got to meet Becky her warm smile put all my fears to rest.Simply put, Becky Washam is AWESOME! She listened to my needs and did not try to put me in just any ole house. She searched for us a house as though she was searching for her own family. I ran into several problems with my lender and was often in tears because of it, but Becky never even blinked. She told me to hold fast and she would make sure that we got the house and we did. I am very certain that if it were not for Becky we would not be in that house today. Now my girls have a back yard and a wonderful neighborhood to play in.
