  • Will you be using cash or a mortgage lender for this transaction?
  • If your choice is cash, please prepare proof of funds documentation to keep on file
  • Our team can recommend excellent lenders if you chose to finance your next home. Just let us know!
  • If financing your home is your choice, provide our team with your lender’s contact information, if not already on file, so that we may obtain a pre-qualification letter

  • We will work closely with your lender, if financing, and the listing agent to ensure all paperwork and requirements are completed on time to ensure a timely closing
  • We will assist you so that you can set up the utilities to be turned on in your next home upon move in

The Day of Closing
  • We will meet you to take a final walk through of your next home
  • We will go over the closing statement to ensure no mistaken charges or fees
  • We will attend your closing with you to answer any questions you may have or assist with any problems that may arise
  • If you require a mail out closing, we will ensure the paperwork goes out on time
Move In
  • We won’t be there to help you unload and unpack but we will be only a phone call away to assist you with anything that we can!
